I've fixed this myself now. I would gladly like to contribute with my source code and the binary if someone is interested! (Just need some help on how to do it :-))
Tested on Visual Studio 2012 Premium and Visual Studio 2012 Shell versions, and works like a charm (just as in VS 2010).
